The Independent Charities Seal of Excellence is awarded to the members of Independent Charities of America and Local Independent Charities of America that have, upon rigorous independent review, been able to certify, document, and demonstrate on an annual basis that they meet the highest standards of public accountability, program effectiveness, and cost effectiveness. These standards include those required by the US Government for inclusion in the Combined Federal Campaign, probably the most exclusive fund drive in the world. Of the 1,000,000 charities operating in the United States today, it is estimated that fewer than 50,000, or 5 percent, meet or exceed these standards, and, of those, fewer than 2,000 have been awarded this Seal.

We have three payment options set up for people who wish to donate to the Warren County Humane Society.
Donation payments can always be:
1) Made in person at the shelter
2) Mailed to the shelter at 212 Elm Street, Warren, PA 16365

1. | Membership - Provides and Supports our county with quality animal and pet services.

2. | General Donations - Any amount may be sent as a general donation to help the shelter animals.
|

| |
3. | Honorary Donations - Donations made in honor of someone. They will be printed in the newspaper and in our "PAW PRINTS" news letter. |

4. | Memorial Donations - Donations made in memory of someone special or beloved pet. They will be printed in the newspaper and in our "PAW PRINTS" news letter. A thank you card is sent and also acknowledgement to notify the family of your thoughtfulness. |

5. | Sponsor-A-Kennel - With a $20.00 donation or more you get to choose a type of kennel, Dog or Cat, and a plaque will be placed on a kennel for everyone to see that visits the animals at the shelter. There is a maximum of 3 lines containing 24 letters including spaces for each line on the plaque. We mail thank you cards for the Sponsor-A-Kennel and they can be done as a gift. Just fill in the comments section on where to mail the acknowledgement and it will be mailed saying you sponsored a kennel in their name. |

6. | Sponsor-A-Spay - Sponsor a Spay Thank you for spaying or neutering your pet! You can still help eliminate the unnecessary euthanasia of homeless pets. Sponsorship of:
- $30 to underwrite one neuter surgery
- $50 to underwrite one spay surgery
- $___ Other amount apply spay/neuter fund
